Month in Review: September 2020

This felt like my slowest reading month so far this year. I’ve started reading a bunch of books (mostly because I have a bunch of digital ARCs to get to) but it’s taking me a while to finish them. Here’s some of what my month’s been filled with (template courtesy of Jenna @ Falling Letters):

Books finished:

  • Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
  • Under Shifting Stars by Alexandra Latos
  • The Inland Sea by Madeleine Watts
  • Early Departures by Justin A. Reynolds

Challenges check-in:

  • 5/10 read from my chosen TBR
  • 0/2 Austen books read (Northanger Abbey and Lady Susan)
  • 15/10+ read from books I own
  • 14/10+ read from my Goodreads TBR
  • 184/150 books on my Goodreads TBR

Upcoming in October:

  • More in my book hiding series!
  • Hopefully some more bookstore features
  • And maybe a familiar face for some fun collabs!

The GoodReadance challenge helped me a lot with narrowing down my TBR but I still have some work (and reading) to do. I’m getting a bit behind on reviews but so many discussion posts this month!

I’m glad you’re all enjoying the book hiding posts so much, they’re my favourite thing to write right now and one of my favourite activities too!

What was the best part of September for you?
Any spooky reads lined up for this month?
